Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, we normally do not offer refunds. However, if a file is corrupted or unusable we will provide a replacement or fix.

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Open a support request with your order ID and describe the problem.
  2. Attach screenshots or error details.
  3. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions for major issues verified on our side; trivial user errors (e.g., not following the walkthrough) are not eligible.
